Pad printing:

• Modular printing machines (1-3 colours) with modular construction (compression diagonals up to 115mm)
• Own printing plate (cliché) production (magnetic grid clichés)

Heinze Kunststofftechnik can print functional symbols and company logos in single or multiple colours on both hard and soft plastics. Painting in combination with laser engraving to create typical applications such as day/night design enables economic production. Periphery and quality controls designed for the product guarantee the customer the agreed upon good result.

• Engraving of metal and plastic:
  Presentation of images via paint removal or colour shift.

State-of-the-art precision lasers

• A camera-controlled component identification system permits the feeding of components for lasering without the use of the precision attachments that were previously required.
