Project management:

• Heinze has several core teams in project management and each team is always composed of at least one project engineer and a quality forecaster.

• The close, in-house collaboration of the project teams with the Development and Design Department, as well as with Tool Management and Industrialisation enables rapid responses to the customer. Well-founded, specialist knowledge is bundled here and can thussmoothly flow into new projects, taking account of all core competencies.

• In cooperation with Sales this guarantees that all technical and quality-relevant details are communicated with the customer while taking financial aspects into consideration.

• From their experience and proper training our employees are familiar with customer-specific demands and all active activities in the process and pursue a common quality goal: perfect products.

• Secure processes at favourable costs demand extensive know-how, successful innovation and a high degree of competitiveness from each employee. Know-how is at the core of the company.
