- 1983 Reorganisation of the sectors: technical injection moulding, electroplating and hinges
- Manufacture of technical injection moulding articles including electroplated coating
- 1990 Schuttersvelt-Gruppe (NL) acquires 100% ownership of Heinze
- 2000 Acquisition by Balda AG and founding of Balda Heinze GmbH & Co. KG
- 2007 Hanse IK (Hamburg) acquires 100% ownership of Heinze
- 2009 Heinze Group – change of principal shareholder
